Key Herbs

CALENDULA PETALS

Known for their anti-inflammatory properties, calendula helps to soothe and support the gut lining during the cleanse period when the digestive system is most active.

FENNEL SEED

A traditional digestive herb that helps ease bloating, wind and digestive discomfort. Particularly useful in the early days of a cleanse when these symptoms are most common.

LEMONGRASS

A natural diuretic that helps support kidney function and encourages the elimination of waste through the urinary tract. Supports hydration during the cleanse.

LIQUORICE ROOT

A gentle adaptogenic root that supports the liver and adrenal function. Rich in antioxidants and provides the natural sweetness that balances the blend. Also has calming properties that help ease stress during the cleanse process.

NETTLE

One of the most nutrient-dense herbs available. Rich in vitamins A, C and K as well as iron and magnesium. Supports immune function and helps prevent the body from becoming depleted during an intensive cleanse.

HOW TO USE

Detox & Cleanse Tea

Morning Cup

Add 1 tablespoon of loose leaf blend to your tea infuser or strainer. Pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 3-5 minutes. Do not over-steep as a longer steep time increases bitterness. Sip warm to start the day and kickstart your digestive system

Midday Refresh

Brew a second cup after lunch to support digestion and keep your hydration steady throughout your cleanse. This is a particularly good time to drink the tea if you tend to reach for a snack or feel an energy dip in the afternoon.

Evening Wind Down

A cup in the evening supports nighttime detoxification and the calming properties of liquorice root and red rose petals help prepare the body for rest. Particularly helpful for those who find their sleep disrupted in the first few days of a cleanse. Allow to cool slightly before bed and sip slowly as part of an evening ritual.
