Why Zeally
Seven herbs. Each one chosen with purpose.
Every ingredient in this blend was selected for a specific role in supporting the body during a cleanse. There are no filler herbs and no flavouring. Each of the seven contributes something meaningful to the protocol.
Sourced certified organic. Loose leaf. Hand selected.
All seven herbs are sourced certified organic. We use loose leaf rather than tea bags because loose leaf allows the full expression of each herb without the restrictions of a paper bag or the microplastics associated with some conventional teabags.
The missing piece in your protocol.
Most parasite cleanse protocols focus on the herbs that do the dislodging and the binders that carry waste out. Fewer people think about supporting the liver and kidneys, the two organs responsible for filtering and excreting everything the cleanse releases. This tea is built specifically around that gap.
Beautiful to drink. Not just functional.
The blend of liquorice root and red rose petals gives the tea a natural sweetness and a beautiful aroma that makes it genuinely enjoyable to drink throughout the day. It is earthy and grounding without being harsh or medicinal.

Key Herbs
HOW TO USE
Detox & Cleanse Tea

Morning Cup
Add 1 tablespoon of loose leaf blend to your tea infuser or strainer. Pour over freshly boiled water and steep for 3-5 minutes. Do not over-steep as a longer steep time increases bitterness. Sip warm to start the day and kickstart your digestive system

Midday Refresh
Brew a second cup after lunch to support digestion and keep your hydration steady throughout your cleanse. This is a particularly good time to drink the tea if you tend to reach for a snack or feel an energy dip in the afternoon.

Evening Wind Down
A cup in the evening supports nighttime detoxification and the calming properties of liquorice root and red rose petals help prepare the body for rest. Particularly helpful for those who find their sleep disrupted in the first few days of a cleanse. Allow to cool slightly before bed and sip slowly as part of an evening ritual.
Detox & Cleanse Tea
FAQ
Yes. While this tea was formulated as a cleanse companion it works beautifully as a daily digestive and wellness tea year-round. The seven herbs support liver health, digestion, kidney function and immunity on an ongoing basis. Many in our community drink it daily between cleanse cycles as part of their regular wellness routine.
We recommend 2 to 3 cups per day during your cleanse. One in the morning, one midday and one in the evening. This rhythm keeps the elimination pathways active throughout the day and adds a grounding herbal ritual at each key point in your protocol. It also supports hydration which is essential during any cleanse.
Yes. Die-off symptoms (also known as Herxheimer reactions) occur when toxins are released faster than the body can eliminate them, leading to temporary fatigue, headaches or bloating. The herbs in this blend, particularly nettle, liquorice root and the diuretic herbs, support the liver and kidneys in processing and eliminating what the cleanse releases. Drinking 2 to 3 cups daily helps smooth this process and reduce the intensity of these reactions.
We package this tea as loose leaf because it allows the full expression of each herb and avoids the microplastics associated with some conventional teabags. We recommend using our Zeally stainless steel tea infuser for the cleanest and most convenient brewing experience. One tablespoon of loose leaf per cup is the ideal ratio.
Most of the herbs in this blend are gentle and food-grade however the blend contains liquorice root which is not recommended in large quantities during pregnancy. We recommend speaking with your healthcare provider before using this tea during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
